This is the privacy policy of Colour Publications website (the “Site”). We have a firm commitment to safeguarding the privacy of our delegates’ personal information which includes information about your subscriptions and usage. Publicly available information, such as a public directory listing of your name, address, telephone number, or electronic address, is not considered to be personal information.
Collection, use and Disclosure of Personal Information
When you register for the conference we ask for information such as your name, organization name, and email address. We also collect the e-mail addresses and other personal information provided during sign-ups, from email inquiries, forum registrations and payments.
The personal information we collect is used to provide services for billing, for identification and authentication, for the general operation and improvement of our service, and to respond to inquiries, and is not used, shared with or sold to other organizations.
Data protection is a matter of trust and your privacy is important to us. We shall therefore only use your name and other information which relates to you in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you. Not only does Colour Publications strive to collect, use, and disclose personally identifiable information (Personal Information) in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which it does business, but it also has a tradition of upholding the highest ethical standards in its business practices.
We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

We may share this information with the financial institution that issued the credit card with which the transaction was placed, or with law enforcement authorities if we determine, or are notified, that the use of the credit card was fraudulent.
Delegate shall be solely responsible for keeping its unique user identification and password secure and confidential at all times and shall not disclose to any person, or permit any person to use, its unique user identification and / or password. Delegate shall be solely responsible for any access and / or use of the website, when such access and / or use is obtained through use of such delegates’ unique user identification and password and we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by delegate due to the use or misuse by any person.
Security
We do not store credit card information in our database. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us during transmission and thereafter. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Credit Check and Fraud Prevention
We use standard and authorized payment services and our Credit Check and Fraud Prevention policies are aligned to these companies. All disputes would be handled by Mumbai courts.
Changes
COLOUR PUBLICATIONS reserves the right change/ amend / add /delete/ modify this privacy policy without assigning any reasons whatsoever. You acknowledge that you will not be personally advised of any such change/ amendment / addition /deletion/ modification. You are advised to check for any such change/ amendment / addition /deletion/ modification regularly. You hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments /additions /deletions /modifications.
